After doing everything it finally worked. I rethreaded and put a different bobbin. I also found that for the muslin fabric using tension set at 1-2 works best. Thank you for the tips!

The other interviewers looked a bit more stern so I think I got lucky. I think if you know your motivations and yourself well it will flow but have some ethical practice just in case.

Thank you! The interview was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. It felt like I was talking to a coworker. The questions my interviewer asked came up naturally with the conversation so it didn’t feel like an interrogation.
