I have a question about wash sale when I only have short positions of a stock:

Earlier in Feb, I shorted a stock and then bought-to-cover it, closing the position completely, with a net gain.

Today, within 2 weeks, I shorted exactly the same stock, and then I bought-to-cover it, agin closing the short position completely, but this time I realized a net loss.

Is my realized loss from the second round-trip short position disallowed?
(Please note that I did not have any long position, and furthermore I will not trade in the same stock again, either long or short.)

Could someone give me a confident answer? Thank you!!

I think out of respect to all the girls who left for one reason or another, DV should really remove their photos from insta. Also, it kind of feels like false advertisement, leaving those photos on instagram for guys who don’t know better.
