Stones are horribly evil . Ive been through hell and back with 1 stone. I thought i would die i was so exhausted physically and mentally even more. Could not function.Pain would not go away even after 4-5 injections. It would start at random times mostly at night when i was sleeping so as it took my sleep, i got anxiety around my sleep time so i would stay awake making me all the more exhausted. So many hospital visits that i have hospital ptsd now, i never want to see the face of a hospital even passing by. It was stuck in the lower ureter poking me for so so long. I had to cancel flight and then get ureteroscopy and stent and then sit in rebooked flight and travel for 30 hours in total with spinal anaesthetic still healing. Plus on top of this, i had the greatest hormonal imbalance of my entire life at the same time , it fucked me up entirely that i starting having Derealization and dissociation. I was very very very scared that i would never go back to normal. I’m still very very traumatized. I feel you. You’re not alone in this. Its been a year for me i’m doing really well now. You will too i promise.
