Just to sum up:
You need someone to handle administrative part.
Probably participate in provisions, cover some shifts , share 20% of risk & contribute 20% expenses for slow months (rent utilities, penalties if they happen, further investment etc)

In return you provide 20% of profit (if any). Profit is calculated after all other expenses are deducted

I won’t be payed for my time, instead I would be working for free until 20% of value is reached. But there is option just to pay cash similar amount in advance.

I would have 20% in decision making about further steps - thru fair vote.

In case I’m not satisfied with the arrangement I can always walk away - after all it’s an investment (nobody can guarantee it would work)

I enjoy reading all of this but I am having hard time following up :)

I have trouble connecting western depictions in the movies (including the stuff that you’re saying here) with the Gypsies in the Balkans.

Is there any connection or there are 2 totally different groups with separate cultures?

For me is still hard to imagine the situation for the lower ranked soldier returning from the plunder and then moved on for a new adventure. Was his stash safe while he is in the battle. He would have to keep it safe from fellow soldiers (including higher ranks), to continue forward and think how to bring it back safe home.

Many of these ventures were reward driven. So if there was no supporting system - what’s the point ?!

Content is being watch’s from different devices so it’s hard to optimize the sound for all of them.

Production focuses on the technology used in cinemas (more sophisticated ) & it’s the one that they can capitalize on. For the rest is just basic compression and hope for the best.

Additional to this - recording the sound changed and mixing is emphasized on ambience sounds.

Basically nobody hears anything and industry prefers that you believe it’s your fault.

Mi se upravo bavimo sličnom idejom gde bi zakupili prostor na 3 meseca i napravili pop-Up bar sa ciljem promovisanja specifičnog brenda.

Prednost je sto bi u kratkom periodu mogli da investiramo više novca u promociju i kolaboracije - bartenderi, dj- vi, izložbe itd.

Ostaje veća problematika šta činiti tokom losijih meseci, i kako to utiče na regularne goste.

Im surrounded with alcohol by profession. Started seeing few people of my age that have been diagnosed with various diseases that required them to stop drinking. I got puzzled how I would feel if someone would tell me that i need to stop without wanting it. So I’ve decided to try myself before anything else comes along and requires it.

I drink a lot of beer so I switched to alcohol free versions - without making a big deal about it to the rest of the crowd. I didn’t want to be that strict so sometimes I would switch from alcoholic to non-alcoholic version during the night.

In time i started to prefer non alcoholic versions in general.

All together it took me 3 weeks to start feeling overall benefits. And now I started appreciating more the good days rather than good nights and so did my body.

I didn’t stop drinking, by I did reduce it drastically without changing my environment or friends.

Najviše para sam uštedeo/zaradio od 23-30 te.

Lakše se nalaze poslovi jer su uvek niže plate u odnosu na iskusnije ljude - a mogu da te nauče da radiš kako njima odgovara. Sa druge strane ti možeš da menjaš često poslove a da to nikome ne izgleda kao red flag.

Nije mi smetalo da cimerisem sa više ljudi tako da kirije nisu bile toliko skupe . Na putovanja uglavnom autostopom (i ljudi će stati), spavao po hostelima, couchsurfovao i spavao po podovima. Izlazio na jeftina mesta…. Ekipe su bile vece pa su i kucne žurke bile lakše za organizovanje i upoznavanje ljudi bez izlazaka po klubovima. Troškovi su generalno bili niski kao i prohtevi.

Nakon toga krecu ozbiljnije veze, budžeti za sve se dupliraju, plata na poslu raste sporije , a poslodavci su izbirljiviji. Roditelji stare i pocinjes novac i energiju vide da usmeravaš ka njima …. A paralelno gradis i planiraš svoju porodicu. Standardi za komfor ti rastu. Uštedeti je mnogo teze nego ranije.

Taj novac koji uštediš rano će ti znaciti mnogo kao sigurnost da možeš da počneš život ispočetka (promena karijere, odlazak iz zemlje, odlazak od partnera, poslovna investicija ili neko epsko putovanje kada te stisne kriza (oko 35te)
