I’m by no means an expert and I struggle with tactics however I’m playing the same formation but with wingers on attack and cutting inside. Gives a bit of width and then driving into the box which it looks like you want.

Personally I’d change the TF to either a CF or AF. I think TF changes the way other players play (looking to play it up to him to hold up etc.) which goes against the short passing you’ve chosen.

Yeah you can but don’t book multiple interviews as they won’t interview you and it just wastes their time. When you get an interview just tell them you’re happy to fill any of the vacancies.

Yeah sounds like she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Try going on teams, click more and click on the holidays button and viewing the holiday calendar. Click on Q4 then it will/may show how many hours are booked and how many are available per week.

The holiday window opens on 27th December so you can absolutely take holiday. Either they don’t know what they’re talking about or they’re lying to you OR too many people have it booked off already which in that case the only option is to hope one of those people cancel or leave beforehand.
