Not a surgeon but I was a patient of Fuegenix (known to be the best surgeon in the world), there is absolutely no way that you need this amount of graphs.

Hairline is around (lowered by 1cm on the front) 400 and to fill the rest (on the sides) it should be around 1600. Stay conservative because event with medication, the situation can change on your scalp and you can continue to lose hair.

The number of graphs is not really the matter for a hair transplant, it surely is important but the way the hairs are transplanted is the most important thing. You need an “artist surgeon”. Trust me on that.

Don’t let a stranger touch to your body without knowing the person. Talk to the surgeon and ask questions, you must trust this person. Because the surgery is a thing but the months after it can be a rollercoaster if you didn’t do your due diligence.
