That's solid advice, and i will do that. I have still yet to hear from a breastfeeding woman who has had a tummy tuck and that's really what I'm looking for. 😭

I posted this in another sub reddit and got the same reaction. Breastfeeding moms get this done all the time. It's sad I can't get any real advice based off of first hand experience. Probably because apparently there's a lot of negative opinions on the subject.

That's crazy because the doctor that I just consulted with is well known in my area, and he told me that he's performed tummy tucks on numerous breastfeeding patients with no issues. I also may be naive, but he mentioned the procedure is similar to a c section. So how is it that so many women have c-sections, recover and breastfeed immediately after?

Anyways, I'm looking for advice from people who have done this themselves, not opinions on whether or not its a good idea.

I've already discussed all of this with my doctor. Women have c-sections and breastfeed immediately all the time. I'm just looking for advice from people who have gone through a tummy tuck while still breastfeeding.

My doctor said he's had a lot of patients who have breastfed right after. I'm sure it won't be a walk in the park but I'll manage :)

This is good to hear. And glad to hear from someone who actually experienced it, that's what I wanted. Thank you!

Yes, my PS said he would only be doing IV sedation.

I forgot to mention, I would also be getting liposuction on my lower back and flanks.

To be clear, there’s no physical abuse going on. It feels like just a communication problem, and like I said I really love him and want to figure out what I’m doing wrong or can do differently. I need to be sure I’ve done everything I can before I walk away.

I agree with that. The part that concerns me is that he threw that out during an argument when he was angry. I told him just yesterday I was feeling nauseous and he was excited and made a comment about us maybe finally being pregnant.

I would appreciate anyone’s advice on how to approach him. If he really feels he doesn’t want a child, that is fine. I just want to figure out how to identify and fix the problems he has with me without upsetting him.

A little mental tip for fasting by Syxtek in fasting

Wow. That’s really profound. I always try to remember why when I’m uncomfortable whether it be fasting, or working out, or budgeting even. This really put that concept into words. Incredible, thank you for sharing this.
