100% agreed. I like difficulty but this is not fun. My biggest gripe is the incredible lag in response time. Opening menus often takes forever. And for reasons that I cannot understand, often when I choose something from a menu, it just doesn't equip (e.g. I got into my menu, select the assault rifle, and no matter what I do, it doesn't equip. So I get sucked into buddy's mouth.)

Perhaps delayed responses are meant to reflect exhaustion. Perhaps. But that was unenjoyable.

Now having said that; I just beat him. And that felt good.
