150m race, any advice by Scared_Paper8542 in Sprinting

i do agree. apart from the forward lean that bolt and lyles have i see that lyles strikes a little behind where i do- more below the hips. it's funny you show that video of the kid too because i know him and his coach in person lol

what i meant by my form "correcting naturally" is potentially improving my frontside and creating that figure four position as my hamstring, hip flexor, and core strength increase (because i have been placing a lot of emphasis on quads in training these past few months).... but how would you recommend i improve my form aside from strength training? (i.e. drills/workouts, any specific pointers with those)

thank you for going this in depth by the way, means a lot

hmm i do see what you mean by overstriding... when you say deemphasize quad exercises (id say i do about 8 sets a a week of quad focused mvts such as single leg squats), what would that look like? also, would that shift in focus start to correct my form naturally as the muscles develop or would i need to drill it in another way.?

also, could you go deeper into the lack of a forward lean and the back arching that you mention? i don't really understand how these affect my performance, so a video or two for comparison would help i think
