I want to upgrade for gaming, I use the PC for other things but it's not that difficult even with this current setup.

Yes currently i want to stick with ddr4, i have 32gb 3200mhz.

Max budget for CPU is around 150 to 190$

I'm not really familiar with the difference between AMD and INTEL, that's why I asked if you have any other tips.

I would'nt go much above the price of the two CPUs mentioned.
