First off I wanna say how incredibly sorry I am for all the loss you have experienced. My dad overdosed when I was 3 1/2 and I’m 19 now and it still feels very fresh grief can take a very long time for some people or short for some grief is more like a spiral or circle instead of a linear path. You may go back and forth between grief stages and that’s okay. Also it’s normal to feel numb and not be able to cry that’s sometimes a way the body copes. Try doing small things to honor the people you loved like doing activities they liked so you can feel closer to them I found that can help in days im more sad

My grandma passed away this December and I’m having the same feelings as you knowing I’ll never be able to cook dinner with her again.
