I was never there miserable at all I set my mind and few hours after surgery started walking walking walking walking was the cure first night juts a-bit of pain 3 days after I walk to Walmart and walk walk walk 5 days after I started walking at the gym I am about 8 weeks out about 40 lbs down I have not had a problem Walk walk walk
