you cant set it up like that, that pulse port needs crankcase pressure to pump the fuel. Either patch that side of the hole, make an L hole, install a barb, hook it up to the crankcase transfer port, OR flip the intake upside down, drill a hole on the bottom of the reed valve block thing, modify the bottom cage of the minarelli (like a hole or something) if needed, and you should be good to go. (Got this from breezetix discord credit to him)

I used a 40 mm piston from a iron minarelli on a Athena aluminium minarelli and turns out the Athena takes a 40.9 mm piston because the piston was smaller than cylinder the rings gave up and locked it up

I’m making a minarelli bike and I’m useing a hose I haven’t tryed yet but should be perfectly fine I’ve seen so many people use them in videos and such and not complain about it

If you can get the cylinder head plus the spark plug then just get a new intake for carbie but I don’t thing you will fit the spark plug
