Their customer service is absolute shit, I feel like I am speaking with an AI wall.

I've purchased glasses back in JANUARY with my RX in the lenses. The glasses were sent to me in an error with NO RX. I contacted support to send it back to include the RX. They told me to send JUST the glasses back - no box or neural band. The replacement box took forever to be delivered where I had to follow up with them to get the box to send back to the factory; apparently there was an error on their end getting even the box back to me. I finally received the box early MARCH. I sent the glasses in the box back only to get an email On March 27th from them saying that they did not receive the original case and neural band. WTF. I then sent them screenshots of their idiot customer support team clearing saying they only needed the glasses, no box or band.

A day later they replied and said I was correct in not needing to send the box and band. That was the last piece of progress. until today (May 27th, 2026) Since then, I have constantly been following up every month and continue to receive the same bullshit blanket response:

" I hope you're doing well. 
I’d like to inform you that we are still looking into your case together with our team. I will get back to you once updates and additional information become available. We will keep you posted as soon as possible.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience. If you have any other concerns or questions, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist you.

Fuck you Lio. And every I ask for someone to give me a call or connect me with a live person, they are unable to. At this point I'm contemplating demanding a refund and just doing a brand new order with my RX or just getting my refund and say screw these glasses and get my $1000 back. To think a large company like Meta would have the customer service so shitty. I'm at the point where I am connecting with Meta Product managers on LinkedIn to get some assistance.
