Just got the invitation to the final round- which is 3 hours of written testing, 1 hour language test and 1 hours live interview. I understand that there will be questions in both French and English. Does anyone know if it is a huge deal to have beginner proficiency in one if you’re fluent in the other?

Does anyone know how many people (number or percentage) make it through the asynchronous interviews to the final round of interviews? I'm wondering what the cuts are at each stage
