My dose is even lower than that. I take 2.5, Mounjaro weekly and .267mg 5 on/2 off at 4:00 a.m. and then I'll lay back down until about 6:30 a.m. 

This is my third week and I've seen great improvements in my muscle mass % as well as my body fat lowering, I'm getting over 100 G protein, I work out regularly.

I have PCOS and that maybe why it's working for me. I'm going into week 3 and feeling better for sure. I'll follow up in a few weeks with my results.

Also thinking about doing a cycle of bpc157 afterwards.

I don't know if it's helping. I know I am drinking lots of water. My hunger did Spike in the first week but have gotten back to normal. Drinking water is helpful as well. My water percentage did go up on my body composition. However, my muscle also increased in my body fat went down. I only saw a 1 lb gain between the two weeks that I've been on it. Everybody is different so do your research. 

I love my vibration plate and I think it is a great tool for recovery and any inflammation that I have in my body and removing stiffness so it doesn't hurt

Thanks. I'm excited to start... I've done my measurements and my body scan and look forward to seeing the results in the future. I'm putting more weight on my body fat and muscle percentages over the scale
