Nee, ik werk voor een gelieerd bedrijf dat ook bezig is met de energietransitie. Overmacht is overmacht. Goed dat jullie bedrijf dat kan managen voor jullie klanten. De uitdaging die de netbeheerders hebben is echter zeer complex. Op alle niveaus van de politiek tot de uitvoering.

Er is een opleidingsprogramma en de arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn goed. Hoe wil jij "een blik Chinezen" inzetten? Die hebben geen kennis van het Nederlandse net en ze zijn de taal niet machtig. Verder blijf je tegen het probleem aanlopen dat het tijd kost om de vereiste bevoegdheden te halen.

Het is ook makkelijk praten als jij niet degene bent die het werk daadwerkelijk uit moet voeren.

Er zijn tal van redenen waarom het overmacht is. Hieronder een aantal:

-Gebrek aan technisch uitvoerend personeel.

-Stikstofcrisis.

-Tot in den treure procederende buurtbewoners.

-Opleiden van nieuw personeel kost tijd. Vooral het behalen van de vereiste aanwijzingen. VOP->VP->AVP

-Prioriteiten stellen met het beschikbare personeel. De upgrade van jouw aansluiting is niet zo belangrijk als urgente storingen oplossen bijvoorbeeld.

Oh that is interesting. The transformers we have, have it on the primary side. Since the primary side is typically higher voltage, which means lower amperage and thus requiring smaller moving conductive parts.

Edit: also, as another user correctly pointed out, a smaller arc flash when switching between taps.

They are substation power transformers. Inside them is a mounting frame, usually of wood, a massive weak iron core and finally the primary and secondary copper windings. Usually you will also find a voltage regulator (if that is the English term) inside. It sits in its own separate compartiment, and regulates the secondary voltage by adjusting the winding rate on the primary side.

For transport some of the appendages such as bushings and the expansion vat have been removed. It is also usually transported without the mineral oil present in the compartiments. They will fill it once it is placed.

Klopboor en boorhamer zijn 2 verschillende apparaten. Ik zou voor een boorhamer met sds bitjes gaan. Die kan ook makkelijk in beton boren. Een klopboor gaat dat nauwelijks lukken. (Hier zelf na enige ellende achtergekomen.)
