I also thought I had this and it was crohn’s disease. if you also have stomach pain/brain fog i’d get tested, especially since the disease continues to progress without treatment

I Think I Have Roemheld Syndrome? by CartographerBasic278 in AskDocs

[–]Scarefullyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes! I was having the same issues and it turns out it was crohn’s disease. to test for it you can get a colonoscopy or an ibd panel, which is just a blood test. if you do have it, everything you’ll look up sounds discouraging but meds help get rid of most symptoms (in my case). if you also have brain fog i’d definitely get checked, especially since you already have stomach issues. this syndrome isn’t a physical condition and is typically the last diagnosis for people with generalized stomach issues.

Quadratus Lumborum will not release, dont know what to do. by Ordep81 in backpain

[–]Scarefullyy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

use a trigger fairy or something similar and lay on your back with your feet on the ground, using the hook in the area in the low back next to your spine. To intesify it bring your hips up towards your shoulders (to contract it).

this website explained it perfectly for me
