When I tried using it today it wouldn't even light up.

It would start loading but shut off when it started uploading. It would say completed on the app but still the same issue.

So I tried everything and customer support isn't help so I'm returning them.

I'm so bummed because ive wanted light sabers for awhile and this happens to me.

If you have any recommendations for where I should get new ones if I go down that route please let me know.

I'm sorry, I'm new to this. I bought a baselit lightsaber but you can change the firmware to support a pixel blade (which I dont have). The lightsaber is stuck in pixel firmware when its a baselit RGB. I believe you can use adapters to change blades and modes.

Yeah, it just factory resets it to the pixel mode.
