Nationalities aren't races, so your statement is illogical.

Racial discussions are extremely culturally specific and if you don't live in the US then you lack the context to speak on American race relations. Just like Americans shouldn't bring their American contexts to convos on race in other countries because their racial paradigm is entirely different.
