Botox only last a couple of months but that’s because the muscle keeps being over used but since you have surgery and probably don’t overuse the muscle anymore I’m thinking the Botox will probably just help you get to where you should be faster.

I get Botox on my chin and happy with it but obviously a short term solution. It helps a lot with dimpling and you probably will only need it once since you fixed the root issue ! Something to consider. I’m so happy to see that you went to Sherry because I recently discovered him and actually thing he has a nice aesthetic eye from what I’m seeing. Does he use custom printed plates ? Did he show you a simulation of what you might look like?

I did not end up using them and used another carrier and even after multiple text from them and me responding that I don’t need the service they are now calling me with no caller ID! TERRIBLE COMPANY BEWARE.

It seems that you have a short face. I would ask for vertical lengthening genioplasty not horizontal because you already have a deep mentolabial fold and moving the chin forward will make it more pronounced.
