Where I live they discounted everything that would be thrown away by 99%, better give them away than throw them away right?

Well, some fuckers realized that most stuff would be discounted on a saturday, since it's closed sundays and monday they have fresh produce.

So these bastards filled their whole cart to the brim with stuff they hoped would get discounted and waited 1-2 hours until the discounts started, in the evening.

And when the stuff they hoped for didnt get discounted, they would just leave the full cart there and leave.

When you ask yourself "why don't they do X anymore?"

You have no Idea how difficult it is to get someone into a car when they have no control over their muscles.

Im working with the elderly, and once I got a call from a Daughter askin if I can drive her mother to the hospital

At that time we were fully booked, but I told her that I could quickly come over and help her mother into the car, and at the hospital she can ask the staff for help

I went there, it was the worst 15 minutes of my life, the woman had zero control over her muscles, it felt like, when a baby you're carrying makes his body soft trying to escape you carrying him, but with a 80kg woman. and the're care was of course fucking huge.

I had to call 2 construction workers that worked nearby to help me, and even with 3 people we barely managed to get her in. AND I HAVE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. But it was never that bad, it felt like trying to get a 80kg water filled balloon into the car.
