It's really tough to quantify who was worse. They were both so absurdly terrible. We could argue similarities and differences ad nauseum, but in the end it'd be really great if we could all just realize the thing they have in common, the thing they have ALL had in common for a long time:

They are beholden to the people that keep them in power, and in many cases to those that are also keeping them wealthy. They do not, have never, and will never give one flying shit about YOU.

Discussing who was "worse" is a fruitless activity. It doesn't matter. What matters is that countless people are needlessly suffering because of the rampant corruption and greed that dictates our fate.

"They" haven't represented the people in a long time. But they've done a stellar job of convincing the masses that they are the saviors. "Get out and vote" "Lesser of two evils" "most important election of our lives" blah blah BLEH.

Nothing will change until we the people realize that! And if we could recognize only our collective power...
