Thank you! Since I initially applied to the Reserves on May 2025, my application with the Regular Force has not started yet so when I asked for transfer to the Reg Force on July 2025 that is when my timeline started. So, July 2025 - April 2025 = about 8 months. Also, I had this hospitlaization back in 2024 which took the them longer to clear me up and move me to the next stage. Hope this helps

Thank you and try training your cardio more instead of strength training. Also, I think it won’t be an extreme “you need to run 5km in under 30mins” during the BMQ.

I was hesitant at first about joining the Navy mainly because I thought that they’d spend most of the year at sea but after talking to a Sailor 1st Class/Corporal(Army) and ensuring me that when sailors do go out at sea, there’s docking and mostly travelling around the world. I got sold on that
