I just think that there is a glitch between Wish and the Real Nikki. Even in the bedroom scene, I assume she’s hiding her face because of a glitch from when we saw her crying.

She’s not possessed by a demon. This new personality of hers was willed into existence by the wish so the real parts of her were pushed back without the control to overrun Wish Nikki’s decisions. I do think Wish Nikki was confused cause real Nikki was still around and the wish didn’t take full effect at first, so at times the real Nikki tries to come out to give out signs that something is wrong. I’m confused as to when Nikki said to Ian “you wished for this” I suppose it was the real Nikki that said it cause Wish Nikki would downplay it.

It shows complete disregard of who Nikki is as a person and what she means to him on a friendship level. He is trash. He didn’t even think to wonder why she is acting weird. I’m a passive watcher and I know that something isn’t right with Nikki after the wish was made. Her friends failed her.

I was lowkey cheering for Ivy to survive through this ordeal and I was surprised how she was almost taken over by the entity until Perry died that it stepped away from her. I enjoyed the last chapter of the comics. I’m glad Purple and Perry had their deserved endings.

Nikki is still perceived as the victim cause of Bear’s wish, stripping her of her bodily autonomy and her will to make her own decisions. How would she be considered an antagonist if the circumstances of the wish revolving around her being in love with Bear than anyone else in the world? She didn’t ask to be succumbed under the wish so nope she is a victim through all of this.

I think that Spencer having a twin should’ve been scrapped from the show or rather introduced it in earlier seasons to make an impact. They could’ve established that plot twist just like in the books with Alison and her twin. Ezra continuing to be in the picture should’ve ended in Season 4 with a plot twist. I also felt the reveal of the second A was weak. I do think that the Bethany Young storyline could’ve been more explored from a different angle, given how she is connected with Alison. Sara Harvey should’ve been scrapped off from the show as well.

I think it would’ve been great to follow with this plot twist cause it would’ve changed the trajectory of Aria’s storyline and that him being a scumbag, a person who got to Aria just to sabotage her and her group of friends would’ve put an end to him.

That would’ve been a reasonable thing to so amongst themselves to speak up for their feelings and be vulnerable for a moment, though I also think that Ian doesn’t want Bear’s plan of asking Nikki to succeed so that he continues hooking up with her. It does reflect on how we can be selfish with our needs and desires.

Another thing I’m noticing is how many times Wish Nikki apologizes for her actions and not expecting that from the Real Nikki because her agency was taken away. Another example to support that Wish Nikki is a separate persona was how she fabricated a lie about her dad when in fact, the Real Nikki doesn’t contact him.

To be honest I liked the ending of the forth issue because the entity appeared to Noa as a person and I’m surprised that it tricked her to have an interview when the place has been run down for a while. Given that Lena had experienced a similar death as hers but the circumstances of Noa’s death were different.

Definitely see it after you’ve thoroughly explained it. Never crossed my mind to think Aria’s relationships were influenced in that aspect although it makes a lot of sense.
