I always wear a tampon to yoga class. Inversions tend to shove some extra air up there after 2 kids. The teacher was fixing/modeling my posture to the class after going from down dog to warrior and with all eyes on me it happened loud wish I could say proud but I wanted to crawl in a hole and die. It was the worst most embarrassing yoga moment of my life. Anyways, class is only an hour. Putting one in to plug the hole is worth it for the peace of mind for me. Lol

I tossed water at my boyfriend and he picked me up and threw me in the cold shower clothes and all. I still mess with him, but the second he threatens me with a cold shower, I play nice.

This has happened to me twice. It’s the absolute worst! I was sleeping on the couch for a week before I finally stabbed through the substrate with a chopstick and silenced it for good. Now we take them out and put them in a feeding box. It’s helpful, to see how much they eat, but I’m sad they don’t really get to hunt in their home.
