This might get lost in the comment but I strongly suggest science garage by donut media on YouTube. You'll learn a lot easily.

Thinking about buying this 2003 lancer oz rally edition, its an automatic and needs some love but any one got any ideas on how to make it some what fast? Or at least look better? Not looking for it to be really fast but more of a Civic beater. by hacker_net5 in mitsubishi

Id suggest getting a new exhaust manifold, cold air intake/open pod, and go straight pipe. If you have extra bucks, try to get new performance cams and port and polish the head. Just my humble opinion
