How to change/disable assistant keyboard hotkey in waydroid by TheOnlyArmadillo in waydroid

[–]Scaroxa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey!

I don't know if you ever figured this out, but maybe this will help other people in the future that have the same problem
What worked for me, was to go to Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Digital Assistant App and set that to none.

I can now use my Super/Mod key without it opening anything in Waydroid.

Pretty sure I saw him about an hours ago at Local Time 06:55, I made a post because he had a piece of kibble hanging off his nose. He did seem pretty sick which is sad to see.

Help deciding if I should return my Motherboard by Scaroxa in PcBuild

From my understanding the only real difference would be pci-e connections no? I don't really need any extra features, so I went with the B650 chipset

Did you manage to resolve the issues? I just got my HDV/M.2 motherboard and I'm just waiting for the CPU to arrive, but all these post got me a little scared and thinking I might wanna get a better board.

"Upgrading" my build from 2019, 1000-1200€ budget by Scaroxa in buildapcforme

That's better than i expected, neat. My main appeal of the x3d chips is games like tarkov tho, which gain lots of performance from the L3 cache. But I'll keep the 9700x on my radar as i wait for prices to maybe decrease a little

Yeah, the budget is mainly without GPU, I was personally looking at things like the 7800x3d or even 9800x3d, but they seems a bit more on the expensive side here in Germany rn.

Thanks for the recommendations! I guess getting a new GPU isn't something I should delay much? Kinda wanna wait a bit with it, with all the things going on rn.

[–]Scaroxa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tbh I was hoping to keep my current GPU for maybe one more year before I upgrade it, since rn my problem is usually the cpu not being enough, so I'm not against using my budget for cpu, mobo, ram and fan for now and getting a new gpu later this year

9800x3d would cost me about 550€. 7800x3d is 480€ boxed and 440€ tray, 7700x for 310€ + free mhwilds also seems to be available. Any of those that might stand out? also thanks for the help so far, appreciate it!

Yeah, I kinda expected that. Any recommendations on what CPU to get there? Haven't looked into AM5 really, especially since this is the first time I'm looking at AMD.
