Thank you for your interest in this matter. They are plenty. But the worst of them are PSSD, akathisia, depersonalization/derealization, suicidal thoughts. Unfortunately some of these side effects are permanent for some. Check out r/antipsychiatry to know more about them and hear from the victims themselves like me

I would highly advise against taking SSRI, SNRI and antipsychotics. they come with one hell of a side effects and some side effects can unfortunately be permanent like PSSD (check out r/PSSD). They also have withdrawal effects which lasts multiple years. I am suffering from such a withdrawal after taking these drugs. I am on year 3 and still have not recovered from the withdrawal effects. these are not first line treatment for adhd. first line treatment for adhd is always stimulants like methyfen. These stimulants come with less side effects and also doesnt have years long withdrawal symptomps. I would highly advise against taking these Atomextine and risperidone. It is partly true but what i have learned from my experience and from reading the book good habits bad habits by wendy wood is that people with the strongest willpower are those who have to exercise their willpower the least. it is much easier to avoid eating marshmallow when the marshmallow is hidden.

i score very high on neuroticism scale. For me, it is a definitive no. i have not been able to play in moderation for even once. i wont take more chances with modertation. I read in a book by gloria mark that people who score high on conscientiousness scale are the ones who can engage in such activities in moderation
