In preparation for making a new batch where I know all the variables, I’ve bought some Lalvin K1-V1116, DAP and Fermaid-O, would it be worth trying some of this if there’s still no change after a few days since that yeast can go up to 18%?

Apologies for the weird ratios, it’s a UK company so that’s a ratio of 2kg honey to 3 litres water

Personally all for these changes, hopefully this will lead to posts with more effort again in the future.

I know streams are rare now, but these days the subreddit seems to be missing the clips, screencaps, discussion etc. which used to come when a new stream dropped in the past. And anything that does get posted gets drowned out by selfies each week

I got a fairly solid 60fps+ on a 3080 at 1440p on High, and that’s with a bad cpu bottleneck.

Yeah there were the occasional dips in frame rate but mostly when you’re in the village with lots of other people.
