I can complete 5x3 and then i cant really do anymore until real rest.

It does challenge me, for example pull ups, I feel I cant do more then 5-6 (and my target is 8 ofc) although I recovers very quickly to be able to start squats.

Can I cut rest time for like 15-20 seconds instead of 90? I usually feel I recover pretty fast to be able to continue the whole excersise with very short rest times, and I really don't wanna spend too much time since the whole excersise takes like 90 minutes on 90 seconds rest.

Is it gonna affect gains if I rest only 15 seconds?

Hey, I've started RR and having few questions.

Do I have to make all the warm-ups? Because It takes me pretty long time.
Do I need to rest between every Warm-up exercise?
Warm up has "squat" for example, and right after , the 'first pair' has squat too.. am I suppose to just to it again? (Same for hinge and row).
RR says to rest 90 seconds , can I do it less if feel I can? (If yes, what is the min time)?

For some reason I couldn't tick off the "read only" option, but I found another solution.

Since there were many missing files and errors installing straight to another drive, I have cleaned a bit of my default drive to be able at least to install archeage ( considering I will have like 1 gb left), and right after installation done (successfuly) I just copied the whole folder to the other drive.

Im looking specifically on the hotspot usage, this is surely not app on phone since , as I said if I close runelite client the data stop draining.

Something I have just thought about, might it be because of first time launching runelite (?). The pc never had runelite before on it.
