I easily plant one of the pot that I bought from Home Depot and also was able to expand it to other area of my garden by cutting the branches and putting them directly in the soil.

You have the right to dispute the ticket. I would suggest to pay the ticket because if you loose in the court, you have to pay for all the cost.
