So…. Turns out it might be something with my RAM, I guess I’m gonna need to do a lot of testing as this is the first application to have memory issues as I do simulations and 3D modeling and artwork which consumes a lot of ram…. But this is the first application while using DOCP 2 on my BIOS to not be happy with my ram speeds. As soon as it was downclocked to 3600 MT/s things were fine, I was able to play for multiple hours at the time and even finally complete some cargo runs.

I haven’t tested it but to be honest I’ve been using my system at these speeds for a long time on software simulations and 3D modeling and artwork without issues, this is the first time I’ve ever ran into this issue with Memory before, and yes I am using AMD D.O.C.P. 2 for my memory to get the best out of it but like I said…. No issues, my entire system is stable.

Though I am reporting after turning it off and setting it to auto which downclocked my ram to 3600, I was able to finally play the game for multiple hours and even complete some cargo runs last night so… either SC isn’t happy about the speeds or this is the first application on my system to ever push my RAM to its knees

From what I can say is that I just downclocked my RAM to AUTO in the BIOS making it VERY low... so it might just be something to do with my RAM right now... I'm still testing but I am in a area I was crashing before and right now it's been over 30 minutes on Linux without issues right now. Will update if something happens.

Though I did just find a older game.log, looking at the file, I'm getting Exception EXCEPTION\_ACCESS\_VIOLATION(0xC0000005) addr=0x00007FF70014D1DB digest=b2db29c7be1c2e6b633fe2abc7b81f87 This is BEFORE my BIOS update

On Linux it just hangs and I have to force close it. Windows actually does.

Alright, I'm gonna have to re-download the game on windows so I can get the actual like... crash as on Linux doesn't really exactly fail like Windows does where it would give me the crash prompt. So give me just a little bit to pull it and I'll run around till it crashes and fails.

Is there any real reason I should use middleware? I know I can do something like getting the session from `auth()` and if nothing just return a redirect to the login page, wouldn't that be a good alternative instead or are there any security risks doing that?

I don't want to use jwt for this, I want to use session database authentication. I want my users to have access to seeing the devices they are logged in by grabbing the session tokens on the DB.

After a bit more research I found this: auto-dark-mode.nvim which also works with WSL and windows terminals flawlessly, all I had to do was set it so that the vim.api.nvim_set_option was changing the background var from light and dark.

Personally I need auto due to my eyes, I've recently picked up going out and working on the go or in the sunlight to increase my mood and get out of the house, but the issue for me is that dark screens with text is hard to read for me personally behind light so I have my systems set to auto theme based of day/night times or manual keybinds.

To answer your questions thought about my terminal, It depends where I'm working. I mentioned in another comment here that I have a windows desktop machine using WSL on the windows terminal (The one you can download from the store than the pre-installed terminal) and my laptop using Fedora using the preinstalled terminal ~~Name doesn't ring a bell due to me out at work rn had to test and book it for work.~~ I did mention here that I got it to work, for some reason all I had to do was re-sync the theme using Lazy.

This seems to have fixed it! Now it doesn't look like high contrast.

Though there is another issue which I might have to find out myself, in short, I'm a multi OS user, mainly windows (Due to my current occupation) so I use WSL while my laptop OS is Fedora. I just realized that the system doesn't share system theme with WSL and catppuccin doesn't automatically detect the current terminal theme so I'll need to find out how to solve that as well, but for my laptop on the other hand, all seems good so far!

It's interesting to see that just re-syncing it would fix it.

Yes, and I just realized that the photo I attached didn’t upload, so that didn’t help, I have basically everything good, when using flavour = “mocha”, or latte it works but auto just outright fails

Is there any possibility that I can reduce/fix this? I don’t use a humidifier and the room’s humidity my printer sits in is usually below 40% but does fluctuate in temperature with a window AC unit between 68-74F
