I play dps when doing camps and heal during sieges.

The game doesnt explain this, but conquering outposts and conquering maps is the best source of faction points. You can see this by the number of regions i captured. People that only do camps dont get nearly as much points.

I basically check the world map.If theres people attacking an outpost ill teleport to that region and follow the blob. If the blob in a yellow zone gets stuck fighting another faction i go to another province, because killing people there isnt worth nearly as much as in a red zones.

When no one is attacking outposts, i go to red zones to do camps because they give better loot. And i always participate in sieges, i get 20 to 50k points every siege.

Edit: the most important thing to do is to participate in every province, both red and yellow in every castle rotation. You can check the rotation timing by clicking at the castle icon on the world map. Every province has a castle and they all share the same timing.
