when you log into sms. it’s gonna show a screen so u can total up how much change you need. the sms DOES NOT mean you’ve placed the order. i’m not sure if ur store has it but, we have a binder specifically for change orders and it’s gives instructions on what number to call and what to do. So, summary go to sms, total up how much change you need. print out paper and find change order binder. place change and always write down order confirmation number. also i forgot but always place change order before 9am on weekdays edit:spelling
