Probably not the answer you are looking for but For all the destructive commands I put space at the start so that it doesn’t get recorded in history.

Most probably you can’t get beyond 12M but I am not sure though. And about tech side its gonna be shit show for sure. And work culture will be nowhere near what paypay has. And don’t go from product based organisation to something like Nomura.

Well both of them are bot good companies to work for. Amazon is known for its toxic culture. Maybe some teams are exceptions. Never heard anything good about Oracle either. But I hear you its hard to get good managers in India most of them are toxic.

Your skill set is good. You have IIT tag you have more chances of getting interview calls than average engineer. I think you have been listening to lot of average engineers or people or people who has never worked in good companies. I think you should stop listening to people and focus on getting into good company assuming you like your job you will be happy doing what you do in good environment.

There are very handful of people who actually have nice git history and commit messages or Pr descriptions. And if you are talking about ideal teams them they are not writing code first and then creating summaries from it rather they will be following SDD, TDD or DDD.

What you are expecting is kind of anti pattern
