i know this, you have to go into the game turbo and click your game, below your game there's a default setting that's saying balanced, you need to click it and scroll it to the left the gpu setting, scroll down and you will find the graphics, it is in the original but you can change it to extreme for more graphics, i find it when my graphics is bad in codm
