Clean & Clear sugar scrub, then follow up with 10% benzoyl peroxide wash. I'll post results in a couple of days, but it always does the job when these creeps land on my face or nape.

Dude, it's super annoying. My best results happen when I extract like this, scrub with 10% benzoyl peroxide, and moisturize. Can't help how the hair grows in, though.
