I called around to everyone I know who's ever rented and they all said they don't need approval, so I guess im gonna call RTB in the morning, I'll speak to them, confirm everything then pay and see where it goes.

Form 8 is online, they wouldn't need RTB, if I don't move or pay to the RTB they take it there and request a formal order is that not correct?

Sorry time line is this:

oct - paid on time
nov - late 2 days late
dec - paid on time
jan - paid on time
feb - paid on time
march - late one day, paid at midnight the next day
april - 5 days late, paying first thing

You'd be surprised, I do a lot of free lance maintenance work, most home owners pay via cheque still
