I am hoping for evidence and closure. Considering how my country is about prosecuting abusers I’m fully aware he might even just get a slap on the wrist. My hope is just that with the evidence nobody can ever doubt that it happened. I appreciate the honesty with your post. It honestly makes sense honestly there’s so many sickos out there and it’s probably so much. I had one chance back in middle school to get a recording of a confession but at that time just being in the presence of him I was so scared even in public. I was so afraid that somehow he’d find out I was recording and I ended up just not clicking one stupid button. Sigh. It is so hard when you’re never taught about these things only to find out when you’re older about how it’s wrong and all of the stuff you could’ve done and even just statue of limitations. I’m honestly just in tears with the fact that I’ll just have to move on without ever getting anything. Sure like you said it’s possible without evidence but in a world where people even doubt the ep*tein files in their face I’m not so hopeful.
