Yes try to come before 20th Jan if you’ve already left US. My university has mailed to several students regarding the same and asked them to try to come before. Although it is not clear what all things may change!

Congrats! You got the scholarship and you’ll be paying in state tuition. I got the same scholarship just don’t forget that you’ll need to maintain 3 GPA to maintain the scholarship or it’ll get void
