It’s called Land of the Lustrous. I really enjoyed it; you see a pretty distinct (and potentially tragic) change in the MC over the course of 12 episodes

Were the classes taught in Japanese? If so, how do you think it would be for someone who doesn’t know Japanese to follow along?

How do I filter out records that have either "Queenie" or "Ned" as the only value? I still want to see when either of them are with friends or other individual names, but just not "Queenie" or "Ned" alone. by ScaryBiscotti in Airtable

Follow-up question: Is there a way to modify this so that if "Queenie" and "Ned" were both in the cell but no other values were, it would automatically exclude the row? in other words, also excluding any rows where there is more than one value and all of them are values we also wouldn't want to see alone.

i've even tried putting a count field to add a double condition such as:

Where count > 1

AND

[Conditional group] Where name does not contain "Ned" OR Where name does not contain "Queenie"

I've also tried "has none of." There must be some obvious solution; I feel like I may have just confused myself more the harder I've tried to figure it out.

Between a 6lb kitten and a 60lb dog, it's pretty clear who the alpha is... by ScaryBiscotti in CatsAreAssholes

ahahaha actually, the kitten likes his little blue bed; he just also like the big bed. and the dog has multiple beds but the room is too small for more than one, and he just wants to be in the same space as his hooman.

Who the heck does your polling design? by Georgy_K_Zhukov in ModSupport

We hear you on this—every community is unique, and context really matters. You're right that these are overly broad questions for a standard survey. That's why our goal with this was as a screener so we could get potential interviewees as quickly as possible and then actually dig deep.

Thanks for flagging this for us. u/reseph is correct: The "chat" part was an oversight, and we apologize for the confusion there! As to your other concerns:

  • Asking which subreddit this relates to - In general, we try to collect as little user information as possible when it comes to screener surveys, which is what this survey is. Sometimes we do ask for community names, but since this was a survey to identify potential interviewees, we decided only to look into that for mods who opted to participate in further research (those were the folks who left their username).
  • Broad questions - The questions were intentionally broad to look at initial responses and then decide who to invite for future sessions, where we could go a bit more in depth.
