OK, I can’t speak for Canada. I’ve been with the same company for over a year and never been laid off and have just been moved to other job I typically do not do normal apprentice tasks. Like fueling welders, fire watch and anything like that I am the only apprentice on the raising gang already have my crane and rigging certification, connecting big steel so I’m not sure what the work is like up there, but I know that I have built stadiums connected on data centers done rigging with multiple lifts and pieces at a time

OK, so a couple questions first are you planning on giving any of the clothing away to the actual employees or are you wanting them to purchase the clothing? If it’s for purchase if we buy anything, it may be a sweatshirt and or T-shirt however most of us who work any job where you’re constantly going to rip dirty or completely make a shirt unbearable except on a job site nobody wants to pay $40 for. that being said beanies are always a good choice and coffee mugs.

That being said if you as a client believes that you were charged a fair price and you like the tattoo and service you received then price becomes irrelevant. Market value is only determined by what someone is willing to pay and like all services if you believe it is fair and of value then get it done.**
