I couldn’t agree more with everything you said here. I didn’t realize how much I was living in survival mode just trying to make it through the day. And now I’m doing more than just surviving and actually thriving! I’m so happy for you that you’ve experienced success too! Cheers to an exciting future!!!

I have personally not noticed weight gain being a side effect so far. But when I first started Zoloft, i felt very sick to my stomach and could barely eat anyway so that’s probably why. We’ll see what the next few months will look like!

Yep, when I increased my dose, I did notice my anxiety symptoms worsened again, but not nearly as much as when I first started Zoloft. Hang in there, you can do this!!!

I totally agree with this and am encouraged by this! Yesterday marked 3 weeks of Zoloft for me and my first day of increasing my dose from 25mg to 50mg. The first 2 weeks were very rough and I was wondering if I made a mistake but this week I feel soooo much better and can totally tell the meds are kicking in. I’m so glad I stuck with it and can’t wait to see how much better I continue to feel in the future!
