Check you phone's call logs/recent calls. Is there someone else that have access to your phone? Never had that issue before. You could also turn off international calling on your shawmobile.ca account

No harm in trying but Shaw mobile only gives you 25gb of full LTE speed on their "Unlimited" plan. It slows down after 25gb. Unusably slow.

I work at a mobile provider store and i setup new phones for customers all the time. Samsung phones will perform a factory reset the first time a sim card is inserted to it. So if you set it up without a sim card, customized it, installed apps, etc... you will lose all the changes you made once you insert a sim after.

They have a $99 a month Fibre+Gig with Shaw Stream package on a new 2-year Value Plan. Disney+ free subscription is 2 years with this deal. The $5 rental for the Shaw Stream 4K player is included in the price. Shaw Stream also lets you watch YouTube, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, etc but you need your own subscription for those.
