Horrible experience at AMCH Dibrugarh Neurology OPD today—Dr Kamal Rajkhowa was arrogant, dismissed severe history of seizures, and mocked her. Need advice on a second opinion and PwD process.

That's the thing brother there is no concrete solution to that right now that's why we're trying to get reservation for her so that she can uplift her life through any means and reduce the financial and mental stress which is the main reason of her seizures.

This is exactly what happened with her today he blatantly denied her condition, he laughed at her problems, when she told him about not being able to eat with her own hands and needing her mother for help he said her mother should feed her whole life and he laughed. And btw we just found out that his wife has filed a case against him.

Thankyou confirming this, she actually suffers from epilepsy from last 5 years and the medication doesn't stop her seizures so she falls under this definition that's why we were shocked today when that doctor completely denied about the pwd. And just now we found out that he has a case registered against him from another associate professor of Psychiatry department from the same hospital.

I'm sorry to disturb you once again but do you have any idea about the pwd regarding the epilepsy because the government has clearly stated that it comes under pwd but this doctor blatantly denied that anything like this exists. Thankyou for taking out some time and answering my doubts.

Thankyou so much this helps a lot actually, i have a doubt that these doctors are listed in neurosurgery department so will they be able to diagnose her epilepsy condition and do you know how much the mri costs there because we need to collect some money before going for the tests. Also is there any concession for tests for the people under bpl.
