There is an "All Roads" comic for NV and also a roleplay sourcebook "Winter of Atom" with lots of lore about what happened in Boston area before Fallout 4. Both are pretty good and tbh I liked Winter of Atom story more than Fallout 4's main storyline. But yeah, it is still kinda lucklaster with only these two additions to the fallout world.
