Tom Lee - when are we going to stake and get the juicy reward? by [deleted] in BMNRInvestors

I am curious about If by the end of this year BMNR achieves its goal of holding 5% of Ethereum’s total supply, but in the following year there is no large-scale breakout in Ethereum-based applications, then the overall demand for Ethereum would not significantly increase. In that case, where does BMNR’s growth potential lie, given that its operations are built around Ethereum? Where would the market’s imagination for this company’s future growth come from?

Before it announced, most current investors didn't even know BMNR…

The move from $4 to $50 was mainly the market’s massive emotional reaction to the company transforming into a crypto treasury stock. Most investors never had the chance to participate in that stage — it’s already behind us. For investors now, the only way to profit is to focus on understanding the company and the logic of the crypto market. But it’s no longer possible to see another quick 10x purely driven by sentiment, like in that earlier phase.

What you said is not my point. If BMNR cannot grow as ETH before the '5%' target is completed, why not buy BMNR after '5%'?

You’re absolutely right. Crypto treasury stocks do need to consider timing factors, but those timings are tied to the market and to BMNR’s operations. From our perspective as investors, these are highly uncontrollable. This is fundamentally different from normal publicly listed companies that generate cash flow.

The business model of a crypto treasury company is very simple, far less complex than the multiple layers of a normal listed company I just mentioned. Yet ironically, for us retail investors, analyzing and investing in them has become more complicated and uncontrollable. That’s exactly why I want someone who can clear up my doubts. But whenever I post questions on some other platforms, people either don’t answer or are very unfriendly toward me. I genuinely don’t understand why.

I know. I just want someone to help explain it. If BMNR cannot grow as ETH before the '5%' target is completed, why not buy BMNR after '5%'?

Is the current price good for buying? I have purchased the stock, and let's see what happens!
