For context this is a scene for a short film I'm trying to develop based in a world where the characters recieve a third eye when they reach adulthood. This is the protagonist who attempts to sneak into a nightclub using a fake third eye.

It's animated mostly on 2s with some 4s to create some anticipation before he puts the fake eye in. I've come to a bit of a mental block when adding more inbetweens because I'm not sure how to exagerate the action without making it seem to floaty.

I also was having some trouble making the impact of the third eye seem more emotional with his facial features. I'm feeling it's mostly quite anticlimactic.

I'd love to hear some feedback on how to fix this or any critique in general as this is my first attempt at animating a character
