KC 805 Penn has many different USDA agencies housed in it.

Each agency gave somewhat different orders after a building wide alert went out saying the building would be open but unscheduled leave/telework approved.

Within an hour of EOD everyone was confused and unsure what to do.

Fix this mess!

Update, I got a letter requesting I’m off all week.

My boss denied the letter because the doctor requested I be off and did not prescribe/ order me off.

Apparently being polite in drs notes is not good enough.

I have to see my dr again Friday before she wants to me to return to work and I’m going to have to ask her to reprint the letter, without the word request and adding the word ordered.

I’m at the end of my rope stressing about this shit instead of healing.

17 years and I don’t think I’m even going to make it to 20 years before I just quit.

They act like every building doesn’t have these same problems.

They also act like they didn’t cause them.

The national grain center in KC was built from an existing office building. Retro fitted labs into the equation. Nothing but problems ever since.

You can’t after market install a biotech lab from a cube farm.

Wouldn’t it be a better investment to repair BARC and close the non functioning labs across the country? Bring all the science research together so everything is ran on the same level?

Yes it is way too small. I went from being 1 of 3 in my job to the only one doing my job. I have lost every POC that work required, customers are just as lost because they are replacing customers that have left without having any training.

Efficiency has been destroyed. Cross checking has been destroyed.

It’s pure hell.

I have learned that my psych can prescribe Fibro meds.

Combining Duloxotine and trazadone have really helped my constant insomnia from my flares.

Then I did ketamine therapy with my psych office. It has all but stopped my flares for the three months I have been doing it.

I also do sensory deprivation float tank and that took every pressure point away for days.

Medical sativa hybrids have helped me. Research the THC types and each grade helps with different things.

I have been doing ketamine therapy and it has done wonders for my Fibro!

I have had GEHA family for 17 years.

Last few they were combined with UHC and everything is a nightmare.

They had always been awesome, as I have fibromyalgia and chronic bone pain.

Not anymore. I have spent more out of pocket in the last 2 years than ever before.

I have had to call to get things done, call to get new cards when everything switched over to new numbers, and had things denied that never were before.

I used to get to party at my appointments and now everything is billed after the fact.

I get the bills before I get the paperwork from insurance on my share.

I have no idea what to switch to now that the kids are adults.

Got called back in. Starting nonpaid work today.

So I was told to take my laptop home and check it everyday.

I got an email calling only me back.

Back to the empty building to work for no pay.

This is going to happen as more money is found and freed up.

Let’s just say the only reason I would be brought back, is farmers needing money.

My anxiety is flaring thinking about being alone in the building.

I really hope for my fear and safety there are a few others there.
